NRCan helps select green vehicles

The annual Fuel Consumption Guide (FCG) for cars and trucks took on extra meaning this year as gas prices bounced and greener vehicles entered the market. HB Group produced the FCG package in record time…a data laden brochure, a one-pager with the most fuel-efficient vehicles for 2009, posters, point-of-purchase displays, CD labels and business cards. All in both official languages, of course.

HRSDC reaches out in eleven languages

To encourage new Canadians to take advantage of some of the saving plans for children’s education supported by the government, HRSDC asked HB Group to produce a series of brochures in eleven languages…and then program them in HTML for the Web.  That has presented several challenges, not the least of which is that some of the languages are read from right to left and that they use character sets rather then an alphabet.  That’s why HRSDC chose HB Group. Problem solved.

 

 

 

There’s no client like an old client (except a new one!)

When we won our third standing offer from the Department of Indian and Northern Affairs we entered our ninth year of service to the department.  That still doesn’t beat our eleven-year relationship with HRSDC or our ten years of service to the City of Ottawa, but still, we’re proud to be appreciated in this way. We’re also proud of the new clients from whom we have recently won standing offers for communications services.
